Would recommend. Used Priority Plumbing twice in quick succession for two unrelated jobs. Found them reliable in every way from the first phone call to the finish. Excellent service From the initial contact, I was kept informed of what time and date the engineer would arrive, even a text message stating that he was 1/2 hour away. A very professional and reliable company, we had a complete central heating system fitted, boiler,radiators and pipework. The workforce turned up at the exact time every day and put in a full day's graft. All works were discussed and agreed when necessary, any extra work required was quoted first. The customer service from Byron was friendly, professional, and made everything easy from start to finish. Danny did a great job fixing my toilet, he was knowledgeable, efficient, and took the time to make sure everything was working perfectly. Would highly recommend Priority Plumbing. Just had a new boiler, central heating and gas pipe installed, along with moving a soil stack. Byron and the team were very knowledgable and helpful. The work is very neat and tidy and the team are very efficient. You can tell that they take pride in their work and have great attention to detail. New bathroom taps and kitchen sink tap fitted. New radiator supplied and fitted. Amazing service as usual from these guys. Sent over pictures of what I wanted. Got a price and agreed it. Booked work in a few days later. They use shoe covers and protected the area they worked in. 3 sets of taps fitted. New designer radiator fitted as well. Area left clean and tidy. I now have a beautiful bathroom which wasn't without its challenges but Byron and his team worked tirelessly to overcome any problems and kept me informed at all times. Booked in for a boiler replacement quote that I received really quickly. A week later I had my boiler replaced and 4 radiators as well as my kitchen and basin taps (all supply and fit) the engineers were polite and tidy and arrived on time. Highly recommend this company. Thanks for the great work!
