Byron and the team carried out a new boiler installation at our house to a very high standard. The service was exceptional. A team of highly skilled engineers that are qualified accredited technically sound and experienced in their specialist field. I would use them again and recommend to anyone. Excellent service from Priority Plumbing

Really impressed with this company. They were honest from the start and, rather than charging me for a repair, actually suggested I contact the boiler manufacturer to check whether it was covered under warranty. That alone says a lot about their approach and morals.

When they did come out, the work was quick, reasonably priced, and they talked me through everything clearly. Great advice, really helpful, and genuinely trustworthy.

Professional & Punctual
Booked my annual combi service last month. Given a date & time. Engineer gave me notice by text that he was on his way. Annual service carried out without a hitch. Reliable and helpful
I have used PP&H previously to service my boiler and used them again for a full strip down and service. At the last minute I had a slow leak coming from my basin hot water tap and he was able to fix that as well in one visit. Always polite and explains clearly what work was done and accurate costs. Good communication, good price, good work
Contacted them over whatsapp regarding a stiff shower handle that required pliers to turn on and off. Really fast response, I wanted a new valve fitted, after a brief chat advised me in this instance that I could order the replacement part and gave me a quote for installation. They came on time, on date agreed, fitted and sorted within an hour, also serviced my temperature and bath handle inner workings that I didn't expect and charged me a bit less than first quoted.

Installation of six designer radiators and a bathroom towel rail radiator
Really pleased with the work carried out by Charlie and his team. They installed six designer radiators and a bathroom towel rail radiator, and the whole job was completed to a very high standard.

Communication was excellent throughout, with everything clearly explained and arrangements kept to. The workmanship was great, the radiators were fitted neatly and professionally, and Charlie and his team took great care to clean up thoroughly once the work was finished.

A very professional and reliable company, we had a complete central heating system fitted, boiler,radiators and pipework. The workforce turned up at the exact time every day and put in a full day's graft. All works were discussed and agreed when necessary, any extra work required was quoted first. Would highly recommend Priority Plumbing. Just had a new boiler, central heating and gas pipe installed, along with moving a soil stack. Byron and the team were very knowledgable and helpful. The work is very neat and tidy and the team are very efficient. You can tell that they take pride in their work and have great attention to detail. New bathroom taps and kitchen sink tap fitted. New radiator supplied and fitted.

Amazing service as usual from these guys. Sent over pictures of what I wanted. Got a price and agreed it. Booked work in a few days later. I now have a beautiful bathroom which wasn't without its challenges but Byron and his team worked tirelessly to overcome any problems and kept me informed at all times.
Helpful advice and suggestions were given and our decisions respected.

Booked in for a boiler replacement quote that I received really quickly. A week later I had my boiler replaced and 4 radiators as well as my kitchen and basin taps (all supply and fit) the engineers were polite and tidy and arrived on time. Highly recommend this company. Thanks for the great work!
