Byron asked for a photo of the stopcocks to be replaced and quoted without needing a site visit. The job was completed a few days later. Took off the old wonky tap, let me clean the limescale off the basin that was around the old tap, before fitting the new tap quickly (and straight!). 25 May 2026Downstairs toilet refurbishment Priority Plumbing were excellent in the refurbishment of our downstairs toilet. After helpful discussions with Byron to help our planning, the plumber visited three times as agreed. Firstly, the plumber removed the toilet and sink so that an asbestos floor could be removed by a specialist company. Then, the plumber returned to fit new pipework for a new sink and re-install the toilet and finally returned to fit the new vanity unit. Our boiler has some major issues and rather than him charging me a lot of money for parts and labour, he advised it would be in my best interest to contact the manufacturer directly and do a fixed fee repair. They have an automated messaging service to remind me about service dates for my heating system which takes the pressure off me to remember lol! They competed the service and identified and replaced a faulty part in lightning time, the plumber arrived at 8am and was complete before 9am. We had our copper immersion replaced with a none vented cylinder and knowing that we intended to refit our shower they ensured it was installed in a way that would give us the maximum amount of room to install a larger tray when the time comes. MDP Properties Ltd4 October 2025I recently had a boiler service, shower thermostatic valve replacement, and leak testing done at a tenanted property, and the service was excellent in every respect. The engineer, Byron, was professional, knowledgeable, and very transparent. He provided clear photos and videos of the work carried out and documented a few minor emerging boiler issues that weren’t urgent but worth monitoring. Rather than just telling me what needed doing, he explained everything clearly, backed it up with evidence, and even encouraged me to verify it or seek a second opinion - which shows real integrity. He also went the extra mile by preparing a detailed report for Thames Water, which they accepted, confirming that there were no leaks on the property side and that the higher bills were due to a supply or meter issue. I shared this with the tenant, and they were able to resolve it directly with Thames Water. Their pricing was very fair, communication was excellent, and the quality of work was outstanding. They’re now on our preferred contractors list, and we’ve already booked them for additional Gas Safe certificates, boiler services, and the recommended remedial works. I’ve also recommended them to friends and family. It’s hard to find tradespeople who take pride in their work, do things properly the first time, and don’t cut corners - but this company definitely does. Our boiler was due for servicing and given we had concerns about the (attendance) reliability of our existing engineer we decided to hand over the task to PPH this year. Once again enough was enough and I called and booked dan to come and sort out all this mess caused by my builder. And he sorted the leak and also added isolators to the correct areas so this would never happen again. And he also advised me that this cowboy had used the wrong materials for the job. 1 August 2025Excellent Reliable Plumbing Service I’ve had a low water pressure issue for a few years which recently has caused me stress and sleepiness nights. I rang Priority Plumbing, Byron came around and assured me that it could be sorted. He sent two plumbing engineers around with an apprentice and within three hours the problem was solved. When they left I couldn’t stop turning the taps and shower on. They also installed some new kitchen taps. He located the leak after having to make a hole in our ceiling and also discovering it was coming from a radiator pipe then sadly had to take the carpets upstairs back to repair the leak. We found this when we got up this morning and within minutes Byron of Priority plumbing talked us through how to stop further water escaping by turning off water, draining the water via all taps. He arrived within 30 minutes of that call to address the issue which was a split valve. He resolved the problem with a new fitting very quickly so could not be more happier with the whole service. The whole team of workers who came were courteous, friendly, extremely helpful. They were very tidy after the working day was completed and always helpful should you have any concerns or questions. The work completed was of a high standard and Byron, who is the director of the complany, always kept in touch to see if the work you had was to your satisfaction and to see if everything was going okay, even long after the bathrooms were done. The house has never been so warm and it seems to hold the heat longer I’m not sure if it is because of the modern radiators. They set up the new Nest thermostat with demonstrations on how to use the nest device and app! Byron then went through the new boiler with us. Once we organised a day for inspection, his colleague came to investigate it thoroughly and explain the source of the issue. He ordered the parts needed.
