About Priority Plumbing and Heating’s pricing

The most efficient, cost-effective and straight forward way is for us to deal with quoting and pricing jobs is to base it on a true reflection of time which comes from years of experience.

Our Hourly Rate Explained

Hourly Charge:
There is a minimum charge of one hour on all jobs, thereafter work is charged in half-hour increments.

Fixed Price:
Our engineer will give a verbal or written quote if requested before work commences.

Materials:
Materials supplied by Priority Plumbing will be charged at trade price plus 10% mark up.

Quotations:
Quotations are available from our engineers or we are happy to make an appointment for an estimator/surveyor to visit you free of charge.

Invoice:
An electronic invoice will always be produced clearly showing a full description of work carried out.

Payment:
We accept payment by CASH, Card and Bank Transfer. We do not accept cheques. Payment is required on the day work is completed. If an invoice has been issued, it is required to be paid within 7 days of work completed.

Access:
Once a job has been confirmed it is the agents’/customers’ responsibility to ensure access will be granted to the property. If an engineer attends site and cannot gain access our hourly charge will apply.
